You're equipped with strategies that last. Most families don't need ongoing weekly support after completing their program. However, life with children is always changing—new school years, developmental stages, and challenges arise.
Your options:
1. You're all set
You have the tools and confidence to handle challenges independently
You're welcome to reach out anytime if questions arise
2. Occasional check-ins
Book single sessions as needed (same rate as Kick-Start: $120/session)
Ideal for: New school year adjustments, puberty transitions, or new challenges
3. Seasonal support
Some families return quarterly or annually for "tune-ups"
We review progress, adjust strategies, and plan ahead
You're never locked in. You decide what ongoing support (if any) makes sense for your family.

Most families see first changes within 4 weeks of starting their program

Ready to move from overwhelm to confidence? Your free clarity call is the first step.
No diagnosis required. No long waitlists. No obligation.
All services are non-diagnostic and focused on practical support for Sydney families.
That's what the free clarity call is for! I'll help you decide based on your family's specific situation.
Absolutely. If you start with the Kick-Start Session and realize you need more comprehensive support, you can transition to the 5-Week or 8-Week program. The Kick-Start fee can be credited toward a longer program if you upgrade within 2 weeks.
Similarly, if you're in the 5-Week program and need extended support, you can add additional sessions or move to the 8-Week structure. We'll adjust to what works best for your family.
Most families choose virtual sessions via Zoom for convenience—you can participate from home, work, or anywhere with internet. Sessions are just as effective online, and many parents prefer the flexibility.
In-person sessions are available for families in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, subject to availability. We can discuss your preference on the free clarity call.
Usually within 1-2 weeks of your free clarity call, depending on my availability. I keep my client load intentionally small to provide high-quality, personalized support, so there may occasionally be a short wait. However, this is days or weeks—not the 6-18 month waitlists you'd face for formal assessments.
Good news—I work primarily with parents, not children. My role is to equip you with strategies, and you implement them at home. This is parent coaching, not child therapy.
I don't need to meet, assess, or work directly with your child (though some parents choose to bring their child to a session occasionally). The focus is on empowering you as the expert on your child.
I'm a private service and don't directly process insurance or NDIS claims.
However:
NDIS self-managed participants: You can use your funding to pay for services, and I'll provide detailed receipts for you to submit to NDIS.
Private health insurance: Some policies cover educational or developmental support under extras cover. Check with your provider—I can provide invoices for you to claim.
Medicare/bulk billing: Not available for this type of coaching, as it's educational support, not medical treatment.
Life with children is unpredictable—I understand! I ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules when possible. If you need to cancel with less notice due to illness or emergency, we'll work it out on a case-by-case basis.
You can reschedule via the link in your confirmation email, or contact me directly.
There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause or discontinue your program at any time if it's not working for your family.
Refund policy:
Unused sessions are non-refundable, but we can pause programs for up to 4 weeks if you need a break due to illness, travel, or family circumstances.
If you're not satisfied after your first session, we can discuss options including a refund or alternative approach.
My goal is for you to feel supported, not trapped. If the fit isn't right, we'll part ways respectfully.
