1. Session Bookings

All sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

2. Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

However, nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where required by law, appropriate remedies will be provided.

6. Service Packages (if applicable)

If multi-session packages are offered:

Unused sessions may not be refunded once commenced

Packages are non-transferable
