Welcome to Sydney SEN Parent Support. By accessing this Website or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Nature of Services

Sydney SEN Parent Support provides parent coaching and practical guidance to support families navigating challenges such as ADHD-related behaviours, anxiety, emotional regulation, school stress, and family routines.

Services are:

Educational and supportive in nature

Non-diagnostic

Not therapy, counselling, psychology, or medical treatment

We do not provide clinical assessments or mental health diagnoses.

Any strategies discussed are implemented at your discretion and under your responsibility as a parent or guardian.


2. Parent Responsibility

All services are delivered to parents or carers. Parents remain responsible for:

Supervising their child

Making decisions about implementation of strategies

Seeking appropriate medical, psychological, or educational support where required

If a child is experiencing significant emotional distress, safety concerns, or mental health risk, you should seek support from an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.


3. Confidentiality

Conversations during sessions are treated with respect and discretion.

Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties unless:

Required by law

There is a concern about serious risk of harm

You provide written consent

Please note that electronic communication (email, video platforms, booking systems) carries inherent security limitations. While reasonable steps are taken to protect your information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.


4. Online & Digital Services

Services may be delivered via video conferencing, phone, or other digital platforms.

By participating in online sessions, you acknowledge:

Internet connectivity and technical issues may occasionally disrupt sessions

You are responsible for ensuring a private and suitable environment

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed in writing

If technical difficulties occur, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or continue the session.


5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Payment is required prior to sessions unless otherwise agreed.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

Refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every child and family is different. While many families experience meaningful improvements, outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances.

Sydney SEN Parent Support does not guarantee specific behavioural, emotional, or academic results.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney SEN Parent Support is not liable for:

Decisions made based on information provided

Indirect or consequential loss

Outcomes resulting from the implementation of strategies

This does not exclude rights under Australian Consumer Law.


8. Website Use

All content on this Website is for informational purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.


9. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
